SleepAi is a sleep-tracking app that helps users to track their sleep and it is specifically designed to help them remain motivated and consistent. As per the various studies on sleeping patterns, lack of sleep is becoming a very common problem and people are investing in various sleep solutions to resolve this issue. The results are not very promising because people are unable to maintain consistency. Hence, we decided to reward the people, motivating the user to reduce their screen time, have proper sleep and lead a healthy life.
