A major obstacle
Everyone knows the solution. People know how they can improve their sleep and are also aware of the benefits they can get, but there is something that is the biggest obstacle.
While creating SleepAi, we did various surveys to discover one big problem that has been there and stopped many from achieving the results. As overcoming sleep difficulties may require time and patience, the biggest obstacle is Lack of Motivation and Commitment. Establishing and maintaining a healthy sleep routine requires discipline and commitment. Many individuals may struggle with motivation or struggle to prioritize sleep over other activities or responsibilities.
We often juggle multiple responsibilities in our busy lives, such as work, family, social engagements, and hobbies. Sleep may take a backseat to other seemingly more urgent or exciting activities, leading to a lack of motivation to prioritize sleep. The benefits of a healthy sleep routine, such as improved cognitive function, mood, and overall health, are long-term and may not be immediately noticeable. On the other hand, engaging in other activities like watching TV, scrolling through social media, or staying out late may provide more immediate gratification, making it harder to commit to prioritizing sleep.
